As a nutritionist and food researcher, I always like a new challenge. Exploring new science behind how food works within our bodies. Many books on diets, nutrition and the human body come my way daily, but this one deserved a closer look and after reading a bit, I found myself wanting to take the challenge myself. 

​We’ve been traditionally taught to avoid carbs, have an early dinner, and never eat before bed. But the fact is, the latest scientific research shows us this earlier model is not the most ideal.

Over the next four weeks, I will give you all insight to the beauty of this book, as well as document my own personal  journey of eating after 7PM. I'm hoping to gain a spike in energy, balance my hormones and more even blood sugar, so we will see what this month brings.

And to note, I love what Marion had to say about food - a philosophy that aligns with my own when working with clients who think I'm just going to make them "diet" to hit goals...
