![]() Mr. Charming and I love this dinner. It's super easy to make and is PACKED with vegetables. Since I try to do a lot of AIP friendly foods, this isn't made often due to the main ingredients being peppers and tomato sauce, but when I'm feeling good and can tolerate it, these are a great go-to. Traditionally made with rice, this version is made with my cauliflower rice for a heartier dish that is Paleo and Whole 30 friendly.
