When I was younger my nighttime routine was anything but structured. I washed my face, only if I didn't hit the pillow and doze off first, (much to my sister's, a make-up artist) chagrin). I didn't have any favorite products aside from the normal chemical-laden teen face washes some believe to be "beneficial" to our skin. In reality, these products strip our skin of what they need and can cause nasty long-term effects such as cancer, hormone disruption and more. I also would doze off thinking of a million things I needed to do the next day and would sometimes snack while falling asleep to T.V. A routine that doesn't feel so pretty anymore. And one I'm not proud to recount...
