So since I’ve been going through a little something with my health it’s made take a look at all aspects of life. What I eat, stress, what I do with my time, how active I am, and most importanly my relationship with God.
I have this new love for Farmer’s Markets. I even wrote an article on them for the school paper for next issue. This past weekend my husband and I went to the new Peoria Farmer’s market and got fresh sweet potatoes for dinner. Mid-week I take myself on a little self-date night when Mr. Charming has school and tonight there were some great finds! I got organic homemade artichoke heart pasta and natural cheesy biscuits. I am learning how important hope and faith is everyday, staying positive and the importance of taking care of yourself. If any of you are vegans, or if anyone has tried the Alkaline/Acid diet I appreciate feedback, and maybe yummy recipes. :)
