Hi Mandi! Great interview..I became gluten, dairy, egg and almond free just 6 months ago. I am also senstive to soy, corn and most of the gums used in gluten free mixes/baking. I'm still figuring out what i can eat. I'm so often frustrated with my lack of options and end up just walking out of the kitchen with a bannana and some nuts instead of a meal. Thanks for the encouragement!
