I love fruit. I love its disease fighting nutrients, portability for eating healthfully on the go and its delectable sweet flavors. However, some fruits carry a sugary-punch that sometimes I can't handle with my candida issues. Too much sugar, in any form, natural or otherwise can leave me feeling jittery and weak. So, I've made this pretty, little handy-dandy chart on some of the most popular fruits for to reference when you're craving something juicy. Opt for fruits lower in sugar as your daily doses, and use the others more sparingly.
