So, my gorgeous and insanely inspiring sister Ashley has decided to come aboard as my fitness model and guest blogger for Nosh & Nurture and I could not be MORE excited.
First, I get to work with my sister, who is one of my best friends and who I adore.
Second, she is one of the most motivated, health conscious people I know and I love that she's sharing her expertise with all of those that I am trying to reach on the health front!
Ashley has lost over 50 pounds since the birth of her daughter through exercise and clean eating and from time to time she will be sharing work-outs you can do at the gym and at home for when you are on limited time (she has a two year old and goes to school!) as well as her tips for detoxing and repairing after work outs. Nosh & Nurture was born of this journey I am on to better the health of myself, my family and those around me. What started as a simple compilation of recipes has grown to a all-around lifestyle journal with ways to incorporate organic products into your home, pantry and beauty cabinet. I also include stories on pregnancy, new motherhood, travel, Proverbs 31 marriage, and spiritual health, as I am a Christian who couldn't do any of this without my Lord & Savior Jesus Christ.
