Looking back to January, it's still surreal to me that we shot an entire season of a tv show in three days.

Three action packed, back to back, loooong three days full of SO much food, but three days I feel SO blessed to have been a part of. 

If you're just joining the blog or my journey, first off, Hi! And welcome and I'm so glad you're here because I looooove making new foodie friends. And second, Amazon picked up a little dream of mine that has been growing on my heart since Nosh and Nurture began to grow. And that dream was to have my own cooking show. 

The amazing fellows at Broken Door Media, Nite Vision Entertainment Television, Roku Channel and Amazon Prime Video all came together to make this girls new dream come true and we had SUCH a blast shooting season one of The Clean Plate with Mandi - a show that focuses on allergen-friendly meals, healthy nutritious cooking and making your family a part of it all. 

And today I wanted to share some of the behind the scenes moments with you all as we debut the trailer today!
