Creating a Safe Kitchen at The Nourished Festival

If you've followed along with me for a while you'll know I've attended the Nourished Festival (formerly the GFAF Expo) every year for many years and this year the festival is remaining ONLINE and FREE!

Which means SO MANY MORE OF YOU will get access to amazing products, vendors, presenters and more that are ALLERGEN FRIENDLY and SAFE for your family. Which makes my heart so, so happy.

The festival runs MAY 14th-15th from 10am-6pm CST each day and features SO many of your favorite product lines, speakers and more. Including YOURS TRULY! 

​I wanted to announce that I have had the honor of being asked to be a guest presenter once again at this years festival and will be showing you how to create a kitchen that's safe, inviting and one that fosters connection for the whole family. 

My Presentation will take place LIVE on Saturday May 14th from 12:15-1:00 PM EST. 

I will be available for a LIVE Q&A during the presentation as well and will be sharing all of my favorite kitchen hacks, gadgets, appliances and ingredients.
