Drizzle this dressing over simple fresh greens, use it on a chopped chicken salad or steamed vegetables to keep it vegan.
1 1/2 cup seedless grapes (red or green)
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil or grapeseed oil
3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon leaves
Combine grapes, oil, salt and pepper in a blender.
Blend until very smooth.
Pour into a cup or small bowl and stir in tarragon.
Enjoy this summer, refreshing and fruity dressing.
