This post was sponsored by Sauce Beauty. All opinions are my own. When we got word that we were going to be making our tv show, one of the FIRST calls I made was to my sister and make-up artist and asked her WHAT I should be doing for my skin and hair to look the very best. Her recommendations? Start using a hair mask to deeply hydrate and condition your locks at least twice a week and make sure that you are using a heat protectant to not cause further damage. She also advised me to stick with my clean, toxic-free makeup for my skin I've been using this year as well. She told me that outside of shooting the television show, I should ALWAYS be doing these things and it's beneficial to recommend this to anyone. I was so excited when Sauce Beauty approached me as a chef ambassador to work with their hair care products! Designed to have the appearance of bottles that would appear in your kitchen, they are not only an adorable addition to our master bath, they are CLEAN, EFFECTIVE beauty products that make me feel good about what's going on my body. It's the PERFECT haircare line for foodies. And as a nutritionist and wellness advocate, what goes ON my body is just as important to me as what goes IN my body. And Sauce respects that. The secret is in the sauce. Inspired by natural foods found in your kitchen. Sauce products are free of sulfates and parabens. Not only are they clean, they smell incredible. The Guacamole Whip Deep Moiusture Mask hydrated my hair so well and smelled almost good enough to taste. I use the thermal protectant spray EVERY DAY and used the repair shampoo and conditioner for two full weeks leading up to the show and my hair was noticeably softer and held my style under the harsh lights for over 12 hours a day. The leave in conditioner is my go-to as a busy working mom most days, adding bounce and softness on days I don't have time to do a mask in the shower. Sauce is available on Amazon, at Sally Beauty, Well.ca and Wegmans. For more on Sauce and to read about the full line, visit www.saucebeauty.com.

Nice! I'm replacing all of our products with sulfate-free things. And I might just want to use this so that I can tell people that it's all about the sauce ;)
