It was such a pleasure meeting all of you at Delta Dental of Arizona. As stated, I would love to offer a complimentary menu analysis to help you get a jump start on making easy improvements on your current meal plan.
Fill out the short form below with three days of your eating habits and I will send you back some easy swaps and tips to improve your overall daily/weekly habits. If you are unsure of what you consume, keep a journal for three days before submitting. Feel free to include dietary restrictions, allergies, sensitivities, medical needs, etc. As an advanced nutritionist I specialize in dietary restricted diets, diabetes, pregnancy, Celiac, food intolerances and more.
I know meals vary greatly from day to day for some, so for this exercise, try to tailor the menu to the meals/foods you eat most often. Include all snacks (nibbles of candy at your desk, bites of foods while preparing meals for your kids, desserts or snacks after mealtime), drinks (are you a morning coffee drinker, an afternoon soda or energy drinker, etc.) as well as how much water you are currently consuming.
You can feel free to also include your daily fitness level or regiment as well. Though it is not mandatory.
