1 cup basil 1 clove garlic salt & pepper to taste 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil INSTRUCTIONS In a food processor pulse basil, garlic, salt and pepper until smooth. Slowly add the olive oil while pulsing. Store in a sealed container and refrigerate until ready to use or you can freeze this in ziplock bags to use at a later date.

6 ounces tomato paste 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar 1/3 cup water 2 tbsp of your preferred sugar substitute (optional) 2 tbsp onions 2 cloves garlic 1 tsp sea salt INSTRUCTIONS Combine ingredients in food processor and blend until the onion disappears. Spoon mixture into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. |
